About Us
Karonhienhawe Linda Delormier and Adam Wolfe work together at Tionhnhí:io providing trauma informed, self-healing programs and individual healing sessions.
Linda is from the Snipe clan of the Kanien’keha:ka (Mohawk) Nation at Kahnawà:ke. She has spent most of her adult life working in and with communities.
In addition to being the proprietor and managing director of Tionhnhi:io Wellness, Linda teaches at the University of Toronto’s MSW-ITR program, and sits on the board of the Afraid of Bear-American Horse Tyiospaye. Linda is also an avid lover of the outdoors, natural medicines, and all things earth-based.
Whether she is facilitating, leading, teaching, planning, coordinating or healing, her passion is to help others to build and strengthen community.
Adam is a teacher, healer and program coordinator at Tionhnhí:io Wellness. He is a curious soul who delights in learning new things and finding the simplicity in life. He is an outdoors man, musician, competitive HEMA (historical european martial arts) Fencer, and maker of many things.
It is his passion to embody what he has learned throughout his life, and then to share this knowledge and these gifts with the world.
Together, they have over 30 years experience in teaching and healing.
