Testimonials
"If you walk through life believing you are not enough, like you need to earn love, or can't remember what safety truly feels like in your body, take this program. Skennen Ike guided me back to that knowing and taught me to care for myself more intentionally, re-connect to my body, and trust the steady process of healing. It is ongoing work, but I finished the program leaving behind fear, feel more deeply rooted in who I am, and knowing how to trust myself."

"My experience in Skén:nen Í:ke was life changing; not in some big, exaggerated or explosive way, but in many small ways that added up to big changes over time. The teachings and the opportunity for self-reflection challenged me to view myself and my surroundings differently, and to change patterns so that I also respond differently. I particularly appreciated the focus on connecting to my body and learning how to lead with feeling rather than thinking. It helped me to be more in tune with my intuition and less caught up in thought patterns that aren’t always genuine. Never before this have I felt a question and answered based on that feeling rather than on what I was thinking. It was truly a unique experience. I also valued the abundance of space for humour, laughter and silliness, which facilitated connection and relationship building within the group, and through which I found more comfort in connecting with my inner child. The program required me to step out of my comfort and face vulnerability in the presence of others. Thankfully it was in the presence of a community that Linda and Adam helped build on trust, empathy, and support, and where we held space for each other’s vulnerability, emotions, discomfort, and growth without judgement. I now feel more confident to show up vulnerable and true to myself in other areas of my life."
